Shipping Policy

We ensure timely and secure delivery of pharmaceutical products to authorized medicine distributors. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped through reliable logistics partners. Temperature-sensitive products are packed appropriately. Distributors must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies within 24 hours for prompt resolution.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted from authorized medicine distributors for damaged, expired, or incorrect products. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with invoice and batch details. Products must remain unused and properly stored. Approved returns will receive replacement or credit note as per company policy.
